They are not open 24 hours and look at the reviews they have in yelp which can’t be altered as these can. 24 hr service yet I’ve called 4 times. I live in Sunland and see no location in Tujunga as stated on their profile

I stepped into my attached garage Thursday afternoon to find my 11 year-old Bradford-White 50 gallon leaking on the floor. I could have avoided a mess, if I had attached a hose to the waste pipe installed by WHO the last time. I shut off the gas and water ASAP. I called the Tujunga number where Kristen set up an appointment for the next morning with Tony. He was pleasant and professional, so I asked his last name in case there was a survey. Tony Edwards was fast, efficient and did an excellent installation. It's been a week now, and our new B-W 50 provides plenty of hot water like the old one. The work was done for the promised price, and Tony even noted the $50 OFF on the old WHO sticker and deducted it. Thank you for helping us so fast.

Max D. is great. He took the time to explain what could have caused rumbl8ng in my water heater. Inspected the unsecured heater cover, took 5 minutes to tighten the screws to secure it, and charged me forcan estimate instead of a service call since it was such a simple job. Will definitely call him if I have any water heater issues in the future. He is very responsive and takes the time to explain and do the job right.

He was incredibly honest, candid and professional and helped us get our new water heater installed for less. We appreciated him very much!

Our technician was Max D, we called them yesterday to check our water heater, he gave us a quote and came back today, on his day off, to install the new water heater. He showed up when he said he would and kept us updated during the installation. Great customer service, would recommend!
