Max D did a great job with my replacement of my 18 year old Noritz tankless water heater. The new one looks and works great. He did a great job with the new model and cleaned up before he left. Great job !

We had an old water heater that wasn't working properly so I called Water Heaters Only.
I had used them many years earlier and remembered the great service and also their name was easily remembered.

I was so fortunate to have a great installer. Toa Tau who was very patient and knowledgeable about what happened to the old water heater and what he
suggested we replace it with. When he left, he had cleaned up the area and took the old water heater away.
He deserves the 5 star rating.
He went out of his way to be helpful. Thank you Toa.

Max Diament Water Heater Technician. Repaired are Bradford White water heater. and I would like to say he did a fantastic job very skilled technician with a wonderful can do attitude . Replaced the Gas Control Valve & Pilot Assembly which Entails pretty much taken the water heater apart. Well done Max Thank you very much and the Misses couldn't be happier. Also job done in a very timely manner Take Care

So happy with my experience with Julian Arroyo and Water Heaters Only. Thank you for the detailed estimate (although I would have loved to have it broken down) with photos. Julian communicated clearly about when he would arrive, arrived promptly, had all necessary equipment, was patient and friendly and answered all my myriad questions with expertise. He was kind, tolerant, and worked efficiently. Above all he was careful to take care of my property, and went above and beyond for the most intelligent installation. If I could choose any technician in the world, it would be Julian.

Max D. showed up on time with everything he needed to get the job done on the spot. My 20-year-old 40 gallon gas heater was leaking, I was looking to replace it. Max ran through all of the options and the varying costs, I got a quality heater and he worked with my budget. He did a few extra things to make the heater more secure, added a pan to hook up to the drain that was previously installed, and adjusted the water and gas lines to make them more accessible. He was personable and friendly. I recommend WHO and Max to anybody in the market for a new water heater!

This was my second time using Water Heaters Only - my first at this property. On both occasions, they did a great job. Yesterday Max D came out and replaced my old water heater. He explained everything to me, and I learned a lot about how water heaters work, particularly the safety features. He went above and beyond to keep me informed and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and I could tell he takes pride in his work. WHO, you have a great employee in Mac D!
